Your private table features our beautiful decor and everything you might need for your tasting and meal, including a glass to take home.  You will be served by one of our many knowledgeable and friendly staff.  Extra upgrades are available for your meal as well.  You are welcome to bring in your own dessert.  You can stop searching for fun party ideas and book your event now! 

 

Edelweiss Wine List 

Edelweiss – Dry, barrel aged, white wine made from the Edelweiss grape grown right outside of Stillwater, Minnesota.

St. Pepin – Semidry, un-oaked, white wine made from St. Pepin grapes grown in Wisconsin.

Yellow Moccasin – Semi-sweet, unoaked white made from LaCrescent grapes grown in Wisconsin.

White – Semi-sweet, unoaked white made from eight different varieties of grapes grown in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Rose – Semi-sweet, un-oaked made from the Lacrosse grape grown in Vernon County, Wisconsin.

St. Croix – Dry, barrel aged, red wine made from the St. Croix grapes grown in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Red – Semi-dry, unoaked red made from St. Croix grapes grown in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Main Street Red – Semi-sweet unoaked red made from Frontenac, Marquette and Marechel Foch Grapes Grown in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

  • Pesto Chicken Focaccia-served on grilled focaccia with Provolone, tomato and mixed greens.    
  • Roast Turkey Club Croissant– Roast breast of turkey served with mixed greens, ripe tomato and onion, layered with Swiss cheese and crisp bacon on tender croissant.    
  • Beef Tenderloin Sandwich– Tender roast beef and aged cheddar served with mixed greens, ripe tomato and onion on a crunchy French baguette.     
  • Chicken Caesar Wrap– Grilled herb chicken, crisp romaine, ripe tomato and black olives with freshly grated parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing wrapped in a spinach tortilla.   
  • Beef tenderloin salad-beef tenderloin served with roasted vegetables on a bed of romaine. Served with parmesan dressing, roll and cookie.
  • Grand Salad – Grilled chicken served on a bed of mixed greens with red onion, candied almonds, mandarin oranges and their own sesame ginger vinaigrette. Served with roll and cookie
